Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. There is a $10.00 flat rate return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for International orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Customized products are also not eligible for returns.

Exchanges:
| Rings | We do not offer exchanges for our rings, as each one is made to order and we do not maintain a stock of different sizes. To ensure a perfect fit, we highly recommend having your ring size professionally measured by a jeweler before placing an order. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 14 days for a refund.
| Necklaces and earrings | If you wish to exchange a pendant necklace or earrings for a different style or variant, the quickest way to do so is to initiate a return for a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item. 

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
